FIRSTWIN STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

Acceptance

1. Customer is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by proceeding to access the website or by registering an account with FirstWin. By agreeing to these terms and conditions and because of the customer's continuous use of the website, customer is bound by these terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any document incorporated by reference, these terms and conditions will at all times prevail.

2. If you do not agree with any of the terms of these terms and conditions, please do NOT click the "REGISTER NOW" button on the register page and do not attempt to use or continue using any of the services or download and install any of the software.

Modification

1. FirstWin reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, rules and regulations and privacy policy at anytime without prior notice to customer. However, FirstWin will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any significant changes to these terms and conditions, rules and regulations or privacy policy will be notified to customers by a prominent notice on the website.

2. It remains the customer's responsibility to periodically check the terms and conditions. Customer are advised to check these terms and conditions every time they use the website. Customer's continuous use of the website will be deemed to be their unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions, rules and regulations, privacy policy and any changes made to them. Any bets received (but not accepted, recorded or settled) prior to the effective time of the amendment of the terms and conditions and rules and regulations will be subject to the then existing terms and conditions and rules and regulations.

Customer Representation

1. In accepting these terms and conditions, customer irrevocably and unconditionally represents, warrants and is bound without reservation or limitation (as the case may be) that the customer is over the age of 18 or the age of consent in the customer's home jurisdiction, whichever is higher and has the mental capacity to take responsibility for the customer's own actions and be bound by these terms and conditions. FirstWin reserves the right at any and all times to void any transactions involving minors.

A Customer wishing to place a bet with FirstWin should note that there may be specific laws in their country, place of residence or the place where such bets are placed from, which prohibit online betting or online gaming, the customer irrevocably and unconditionally represents and warrants without reservation or limitation to FirstWin that the customer will not access or register on the website at any time.

3. Customer agrees that their use of this website is at their sole risk and further understands and agrees that by using the website and/or the services offered by FirstWin, customer may lose money on bets placed and customer accepts full responsibility for any such losses.

4. Customer warrants that the Customer will not attempt to attack, hack, make unauthorised alterations to or introduce any kind of malicious code to the website. As such, the Customer will not & without limitation:

1. Reverse engineer or decompile (in whole or in part) any software available through the website.

2. Make copies, modify, reproduce, transmit, alter, use or distribute all or any part of the Website or any material or information contained on it.

3. Disclose account information to any third party.

4. Cheat, deceive, trick, misinform or defraud the Company in any way through use or abuse of the Company's services or this website.

5. Contravene any of the provisions stated herein.

5. Should FirstWin suspect that the customer had failed to abide by the terms of this provision, FirstWin shall have, in addition to any other remedy, the right to freeze or suspend the customer's FirstWin account in order to carry out further investigations which if confirm the customer's failure to abide by the terms of this provision will result in the termination of the services to the customer, closure of the customer's account and forfeiture by FirstWin of any amounts in the customer's account.

6. Customer will not allow or authorize any other person or third party (including, without limitation, any minor) to use FirstWin's services, use the customer's account or accept any winnings on their behalf.

7. Customer agrees fully to indemnify, defend and hold FirstWin and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, advisors, agents and suppliers harmless, immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, (regardless of theory of law) arising out of any breach of terms and conditions or rules and regulations by the customer or any other liabilities arising out of the customer's use of the website or use by any other person accessing the website using the customer's account information details.

Account Information, Personal Information

1. To access FirstWin's betting services, customer must always register first on the website and open an account. Only by doing so, customer may then becoming a registered customer.

2. Customer may only deposit money in FirstWin through the pre-approved payment methods available in the website. Customer must only deposit and receive money through the Bank Account Holder’s Name same with Registered Name in FirstWin.  Authorized Payment Solutions cannot represent themselves as authorized to receive funds on behalf of FirstWin.

3. Customer agrees to provide all relevant personal information to FirstWin upon registration and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their personal information are kept up-to-date on the website, especially address, telephone number and payment/bank details (if applicable). Customer must provide truthful information when opening an account whereby failure to do so will result in a breach of these terms and conditions and immediate closure of the account and forfeiting all money available in the account. Customer agrees upon request by FirstWin to provide any documentation to verify the personal information.

4. Only Registered Customers may use FirstWin's services and bet only up to their bet limit or monetary amount available in their account.

5. Customer should check their account balance each time they access the website. In the event of any discrepancies in the customer's account balance, it is the customer's responsibility to forthwith notify FirstWin at the earliest opportunity of such discrepancy in customer's account balance and provide FirstWin with the customer's record of transactions since the date when the customer last verified the account balance.

Placement of Bets and Bet Acceptance Procedure, Promotions and Bonuses & Collection of Winnings

1. FirstWin will only accept bets from Registered Customers made online via the website.

2. Customers are not allowed to cancel or change their bets once these bets have been placed, accepted and recorded by FirstWin and FirstWin is under no obligation to cancel bets that have been validly placed, accepted and recorded in accordance with these terms and conditions. If customer cancels a bet before confirmation, customer is advised to check the bet list or the statement.

3. FirstWin does not accept any responsibility for failure in any equipment or telecommunication that prevents the correct placing, accepting, recording or notification of bets.

4. FirstWin shall not in any event be liable for any damages or losses without limitation that are deemed or alleged to have resulted from or been caused by the website or its content, including (without limitation) delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communications lines failure, any person's use or misuse of the website or its content, or any errors or omissions in content in relation thereto.

5. To be an active members, members should have a minimum deposit of 1 time in every week or every day depending on promotion terms & conditions. This is to enable members to claim for Perfect Attendance Bonus, Birthday Bonus & Refer Friend Bonus.

6. Betting is entirely at your sole option, judgement, discretion and risk. By doing so, you acknowledge that you do not find the Services, Website and Information to be offensive, objectionable, unfair or indecent.

9. In the event of any system or communication errors relating to member’s account settlement or any other elements of the Services, FirstWin will not be liable to you as a result of any such error.

10. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the details of your bets are correct. Subject to other provisions herein, once your bets have been placed and their acceptance confirmed by the game provider, they may not be cancelled, revoked or changed and shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence in respect of the bets that you have placed.

11. Draw result, both sides bet, voided or cancelled game are excluded in turnover calculation on every promotions.

12. For any Live Casino platform, betting stakes of or exceeding SGD/MYR 20,000 is not accepted & will not be payout by FirstWin.
    *FirstWin will not be responsible for betting stakes of or exceeding SGD/MYR 20,000.

13. The maximum payout for the withdrawal amounts is 200 times the deposit amount. Any winning amount in excess will be forfeited.

14. Progressive Jackpot maximum payout is capped at SGD/MYR 300k.

15. For Sportsbook Mix Parlay, the betting limit is SGD/MYR 1,000 per bet/ticket for minimum selections. Bet limit may become lower with more selections to match the maximum payout limit. Each bet/ticket has a maximum payout limit of MYR 100,000 (SGD currency will be calculated based on current currency exchange rate to MYR).

16. Please note that all bets are logged and recorded in the transaction log database. The Provider's transaction logs are conclusive evidence of all transactions and times at which the transactions are placed.

17. Your winnings from settled bets are credited to your member account and shall be withdrawn in accordance with FirstWin's withdrawal procedures and upon provision of a copy of valid photographic identification card to the FirstWin's satisfaction.

General Rules and Specific Event Rules

1. All bonuses offered are intended for recreation customers only. Accounts identified or suspected as non-recreational play type or wager style or collaboration between parties is not eligible for this promotion and are subject to have any funds, awarded bonuses and winnings to be revoked and forfeited at the sole discretion of FirstWin.

2. Betting Syndicates. A player or group of players working together in any fashion (also known as a "syndicate"), to receive either bonus/winnings or activity bonuses or otherwise, may only have one member’s account in total. Any redundant member’s accounts will be consolidated into the one member account. All wagering transactions in redundant member’s accounts are subject to reversal and payouts refused at the sole discretion of FirstWin. We also reserve the right to forfeit the principal of any wager placed in an attempt to defraud the house of any bonus, whether a player does this on their own or in collusion with other players or other online casino website.

3. All promotions are limited to 1 person, 1 member account, 1 family, 1 household address, 1 IP address, 1 email address, 1 telephone number, 1 same payment account number and no share computer. In the event of collusion or use of multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled and funds forfeited.

4. Each player only allowed to have one registered account. If we found out players create more than one account (before creating multiple accounts, players have to contact one of our live chat representative and request for creating multiple accounts), we will treat these accounts as an organizational account and we have the rights to terminate these accounts and credit will be frozen permanently.

5. Any suspected or found violation of FirstWin Standard Terms and Conditions are subject to have any funds, awarded bonuses and winnings to be revoked and forfeited at the sole discretion of FirstWin.

6. FirstWin has the rights to modify, change or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
